Since 2009 Mark Electronics has been cooperating with TDS Gmbh company and Department of Metrology of AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

Traffic-1 is a traffic parameter measurement system with a variable structure, which means that the user can adapt the system structure, and thus the number and the type of the measured traffic parameters, to his current needs. It is possible because the system contains one universal module of digital signal processing which supports all acceptable configurations of measuring sensors. The modules of analogue signal conditioning are replaceable and their type can be chosen by the user depending on his current needs (the set of measured parameters). There are 9 different modules offered for cooperation with different number and types of measuring sensors according to the following list.

Single induction loop,
Two loop induction system,
Two loop inductive system + axis detector,
Two loop inductive system + polymer pressure sensor,
Two loop inductive system + quartz pressure sensor,
Single induction loop +2 axle detector,
Single induction loop +2 polymer pressure sensors,
Single induction loop + 2 quartz pressure sensors,
Three loop induction system.
